Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie

Android 5.0 has been tipped to be called Key Lime Pie, but Google has yet to confirm it. A Google employee posted the above doodle on Google, depicting the Android mascot in a series of drawings akin to the usual evolution of man illustration. The Android can be seen chomping on the various incarnations of the Android OS along the road from primitive hunchback to fully fledged walking “Bugdroid” eating an ice cream sandwich and jelly beans, before the final drawing shows Android chowing down on a slice of key lime pie.
I requested to Google for android version name as "Kaju Katli". Now, you all are think why i suggest Kaju katli for new android OS because kaju katli is sweet and its also my favorite sweet but unfortunately Google rejected its too much hurt to me. But I accepted it But I am so happy finally Google release Android 5.0 OS which named Key Lime Pie
There’s no doubt that Google I/O is the most important annual event hosted by the Mountain View-based giant, and I am 90% confident that we will see Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie at the conference. As you probably remember at this year’s Google I/O, the company has announced a couple of important products.
Android 5.0 release dateGoogle has announced that its next developer conference - Google IO - will take place from May 15 to May 17 2013, a month earlier than 2012's June dates. Given that Google announced Android 4.1 Jelly Bean at 2012's IO conference, it's not unreasonable to expect to see Android 5.0 at this year's event.
On 31 January, a Google IO showing of Android 5.0 looked more likely when screengrabs of a Qualcomm roadmap were leaked, showing Android 5.0 as breaking cover between April and June 2013.
Android 5.0 phonesWhile the Nexus 4 didn't appear with a helping of Key Lime Pie, speculation that we reported on 21 January 2013 suggests that the Motorola X Phone is the Android 5.0-toting handset that will break cover at Google IO. According to a post on the DroidForums website, the phone will also feature a virtually bezel-free, edge-to-edge, 5-inch display.
Nexus 7, Google’s first Nexus tablet was unveiled then, along with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, the Android version that brought major improvements to the mobile platform, and Nexus Q, the media-streaming entertainment device. The highly-anticipated Project Glass was also demoed on the stage of Google I/O 2012, with Sergey Brin himself stepping on the stage to present the revolutionary device.
